NGF Studios Giveaway ()

NO PURCHASE, DEPOSIT OR WAGER NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, deposit or wager will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

NGF Studios (“Sponsor”), contact@ngfstudios.com. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. or Stake. Entrants release X and Stake from all liability related to this promotion.

2. Promotion period

Entries open on publication and close (the “Close Time”). Entries received after the Close Time are void. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.

4. How to enter

Visit ngfstudios.com/giveaway and submit the entry form with a valid X handle and a Stake.com or Stake.us username. To be eligible to win, entrants must follow @ngfstudiosinc on X and like and repost the official giveaway post, and are asked to favourite an NGF Studios game on Stake. Creating a Stake or Stake.us account is free; no deposit or wager is required. Limit one (1) entry per person, per X account and per Stake account. Multiple accounts, bots, scripts or other automated entries will void all entries from that person.

5. Bonus entries

Each entrant receives a personal referral link. Each new, eligible entrant who enters through that link earns the referrer one (1) bonus entry, up to 10 bonus entries. Sponsor may remove referrals it reasonably believes are fake, duplicate or automated.

6. Prize

1 winner(s) will each receive $100 USD (or equivalent), paid within 14 days of verification by a method Sponsor selects (for example, a tip to the winner's Stake or Stake.us account, a cryptocurrency transfer, or another method available where the winner lives). Prizes are not transferable. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

7. Draw

After the Close Time, winners and 5 ranked alternates are selected by the provably fair method described at ngfstudios.com/giveaway/fair, which combines a pre-committed secret seed, the frozen entry list, and the hash of the first Bitcoin block mined after the Close Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and bonus entries received.

8. Winner verification

Potential winners will be contacted by direct message on X (and by email if provided) and must respond within 72 hours. Before receiving a prize, a potential winner must: (a) still follow @ngfstudiosinc on X and have liked and reposted the giveaway post; (b) confirm ownership of the Stake username entered; (c) confirm eligibility, including age and residence; and (d) correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. A potential winner who fails any requirement forfeits the prize and the next ranked alternate is contacted.

9. Privacy

Entry data is used to run this promotion. After the Close Time, X handles and entry IDs are published so the draw can be verified. Stake usernames and emails are never published. Email marketing is sent only to entrants who opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Contact contact@ngfstudios.com to delete your data.

10. General

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Please play responsibly. Support is available at GamblingTherapy.org.
